I have my masters in clinical psychology and am working towards licensure as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist.
I have worked with clients in all stages of life. I began my experience at a trauma recovery center where I worked with individuals who were victims of crimes. I have also worked for the city of Chino, in private practice, and for orange county LGBTQ+ Center. I am passionate about trauma recovery and building resilience. My desire as a therapist is to serve underserved populations as I believe everyone deserves to feel seen and heard. My goal as a therapist is to assist my client's in 1) resolving old, unhealed wounds and trauma from their past, 2) identifying root causes of stress and difficult emotions, and 3) enhancing emotional and social functioning to improve their feelings of satisfaction and the overall quality of their lives.
The primary modalities that I use in therapy are psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, play therapy, and person-centered therapy. I am also trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). When creating a treatment plan and choosing a modality for therapy I consider the specific needs of my client as I don't believe one shoe fits all. I work to deliberately shape our therapeutic work to help with your identified goals.
If you are interested in beginning therapy with me please contact the office to schedule an appointment.

Accepting new clients! I have a Master’s Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy [AMFT], working toward licensure. Are you challenged with daily life stressors? Feeling stuck? Don’t know where to start? Look no more! I am here to help. I began my study in psychology as the behaviors of human beings fascinated me; in particular, the reinventing or rebirth of oneself. We are creatures of habit; this is nature taking its natural course. I have experience in the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach, which theorizes, thoughts lead to emotions, emotions lead to or draw out behaviors, which leads to an action. Whereby, my belief is based on the holistic, strength-based philosophy that focuses on Self-Advocacy [reinventing oneself], the individual strengths, where a decision treatment tree is developed based on the individuals needs and goals. I have experience working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, and adjustment challenges.
I am a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist committed to cultural competence while working with diverse populations. I provide my clients with a space that is affirming, compassionate, and supportive. My clinical expertise is in neurodivergent-affirming care, gender-affirming care, grief counseling for major life transitions, PTSD, depression, trauma, anxiety, relationship and self-esteem issues. I work with individuals, couples, children, and families.

I’m excited to be here as you begin exploring more about yourself! I have my bachelor's in psychology and master's in counseling, working towards my licensure as an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. Whether you’re here to heal childhood trauma, navigate current situational concerns, or simply explore more about yourself, I provide a non-judgmental and supportive space for you. Through our therapeutic process, let’s work together to address any possible generational, maladaptive, or self-sabotaging patterns. I am passionate about helping you learn more about yourself. I want to help you understand your world because at the end of the day, these are your experiences and they are unique to you. It’s important to me that our work is collaborative and we create goals that best meet your needs. I take pride in creating a safe place for my clients during their most vulnerable moments. I understand that sometimes self-healing and exploration isn’t easy, so I want to ensure that you feel as safe and supported as possible. I want my clients to remember that they are much more resilient than they realize, and we will work together to build on that as we move forward. The modalities that I exercise in therapy are cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, play therapy, narrative therapy, and solution focused therapy. My clinical expertise is in trauma, grief and loss, depression, PTSD, anxiety, relationship and behavioral issues.
