Clinical Director Dr. Mercedes D. Green, Ph.D., LMFT
Dr. Green currently serves as a Clinical Director, still providing therapy services to clients for individual, Family, and couple's counseling. Dr. Green specializes in Couple's counseling, pre-marital counseling, anger management, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, adolescent concerns, Women's issues, Male issues, family reunification methods, and parenting classes. Dr. Green recently retired with 23-years in the U.S. Army with an Honorable Discharge. Dr. Green proudly serves the veteran population and their families as well as current military personnel through the VA CCN network. Additionally, Dr. Green provides Clinical Supervision to Associates earning their hours towards licensure. What a way to give back while continuing to move forward! Let's Work!

O'Shonda McDowell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who provides Clinical supervision to associate clinicians and emerging professionals. Her supervision focuses on professional development, strengthening clinical skills, and supporting an ethical, client-centered practice.
She offers a supportive collaborative platform where clinicians can build confidence, deepen clinical insight, and develop effective interventions to better serve their clients.

Jenna Edwards is a dedicated military spouse of seven years and an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. She provides therapeutic support through her work at True Escape Marriage and Family Therapy and has extensive experience in crisis intervention, crisis management, military culture, and military family systems.
Originally from Mauritius, a small island nation off the east coast of Africa, Jenna brings a diverse multicultural perspective to her clinical work. She is fluent in French, English, Korean, and Creole, allowing her to connect with individuals from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
Jenna is passionate about mental health advocacy, trauma-informed care, and supporting military members, veterans, and their families. Her clinical approach emphasizes resilience, empowerment, and healing, with a commitment to helping clients navigate life's challenges and achieve meaningful personal growth.
